What You Need To Do To Lower Your Bodyfat!

Simply following these 6 simple things 👇

Not supplements.
Not motivation.
Not some viral 30-day challenge or quick gimmicks.

Just 6 simple things.

Master these, and you will get leaner, stronger, and in control of your body again — no matter how busy you are…

Here is what they are..

1) Look at yourself every morning

This isn’t about obsession. It’s about data. Daily checks show trends — and trends tell us what to adjust. No checks – No progress.

Scales can be deceiving because they don’t always tell if you are losing fat or gaining muscles…

2) Track your calories

Never eyeball. Never guesstimate.
If you don’t know your intake, you are just guessing. You need to know your numbers (protein, carbs, fats, and fibre) and actually hit them.

3) Sleep: 7+ hours (when possible)

I get it, this one’s a bitch. Some nights are rough. Even I struggle to sleep when your mind is heavy on a lot of things.

But sleep drives hunger, recovery, hormones, and energy. Even a 20-minute nap helps. Catch it when you can.

4) Walk at least 7,000 steps a day

The average person hits 2,000–4,000. That’s not enough.

7,000–10,000 is the sweet spot.

Use walking to support fat loss – not as your only form of cardio.

Especially for those who struggle with joint issues as running is definitely not the answer.

5) Train at least 3 x per week with a real plan.

No more random burpees and bootcamp circuits. If you are not progressively overloading, you are just exercising, not training.

You need a proper structure, and you need to be getting stronger over time.

6) Check your progress.

Most people drift because they don’t measure or can’t stick to their plan. You can’t expect someone to do all the work for you. One weekly check-in keeps your results on course and stops momentum from dying.

That’s it. No fluff. No hacks.

Sleep. Steps. Training. Tracking. Accountability.

Do these 6 consistently and you will be leaner, stronger, and more in control.
