Kids ages from 6 - 12 learning MMA, fitness, fun and games and to help spark their imagination and creativity to help flourish and develop their life skills.
ADULTS MMA
You will learn lots of different variations and effective MMA (mixed Martial arts) with incredible fitness in within a safe, intelligently designed training format.
ADULTS KICKBOXING
Adults Kickboxing classes focus on stand-up punching, kicking, elbows and knees techniques from kickboxing and Muay Thai.
It will also help improve your fitness and it's great fun too!
LADIES KICKBOXING
Swindon Ladies Kickboxing and Fitness Combat is suitable for beginners to advance and any fitness levels. This is a great way to get fit, tone up and make new friends while learning kickboxing skills.

I made the leap to join Warriors kick-boxing early in the New Year and to say I was a little apprehensive was an understatement. Looking back I can’t believe it took me so long! A great environment to train in, great people with a great instructor, I’ve never once felt self conscious, out of my depth, or judged, I was immediately made to feel at ease. The classes are enjoyable, and to be honest I’ve never had a class go by so quickly, you get so engrossed, you don’t have a chance to clock watch. So if you’re hesitating on joining, don’t!! Go along and see it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, regardless of your fitness level.

My kids been going here for a few months now and I love how well they have designed the classes for kids. The class is well balanced, it focuses on teaching MMA skills while also making it exciting and fun.

I joined Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness Academy about 7 months ago. Since then, Paul has introduced more classes and times to accommodate everyone.
Paul is very approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about martial arts and makes workout sessions fun.
My favourite lesson is insanity bag where you get to challenge and push yourself. Highly recommend it to anyone who is pursuing to achieve their fitness goals.

7 months ago, i decided to join Evolution Martial Arts and Fitness, and im glad i did. it's one of the best things i ever did for myself. How much I have progressed in kickboxing with new skills every time. That's the challenge i like. A great uplift on my physical health and mental health. Really supportive environment with a mixture of people with different levels of experience. Paul is very experienced and knows exactly where you need more support and that little bit of push to challenge, which i love. I highly recommend Evolution Martial Arts and Fitness Academy to anyone who is into any martial arts to challenge yourself and to progress or just to be fit for better health mentally and physically. And it's great fun 😁.

Really enjoyed my time there, Each class was tough but fun enough to enjoy, feels like a real community and motivates you more to go to the next class. Paul was very attentive aswell , always helps with no hesitation. Definitely recommend :))

I joined the classes along with my 3 teenage kids, and we are all loving it.
Paul and the other instructors really take care to show us the right way of doing things, plus Paul has a very relaxed and fun approach, which makes it very interesting and pleasant.

The most educative martial arts club I ever been to! Paul is very experienced and has so many classes per day! The community is very supportive and made amazing partners in every class I attended! I am so glad I got the chance to be part of this club. I look forward to continuing my journey with this club. Paul is very attentive to our weaknesses and allows us to strengthen them to be the best martial artists. I also never felt more healthier.
