Peter Smith
Instructor
Peter has always been interested in martial arts from a young age, from being inspired by Bruce Lee movies. It took a long time for Peter to pluck up the courage to attend a class. It was four years ago when he was approached by his instructor.
Peter went to a free trial session where he was made to feel very welcome by the other students and instructors. After the first session, he was hooked and this was something that he had never seen before, the system was intriguing and thought provoking.
After a years of training and guidance his instructors, Peter was able to pass his training to become an instructor, since then Peter has supported Warriors Martial Arts Academy, running classes and helping to grow the school into a positive place to be for our students, where the health and wellbeing of each of our students is at the forefront. Peter believes that Warriors Academy is for any walks of life whether you have had years of experience within martial arts or as a beginner.
This program has helped Peter grew with confidence in the knowledge that he would be able to defend himself in most situations that he may had to encounter in. He has become a lot fitter during his time in Warriors Academy. The classes we teach, helps our students to have a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Larissa Faben
Assistant Instructor
Larissa is from Brasil and she is currently living in the UK.
Her journey has been full of challenges and learning, and one of the most important pillars of her evolution has been the start of my martial arts practice.
Larissa has been training Kickboxing for eight months now, and this experience has completely transformed the way she see in her life.
What fascinates her most about martial arts is that they are not just a physical practice, but a real lifestyle. She has learnt the importance of discipline, focus and resilience - values that I apply in all areas of my daily life.
In Brasil, I worked in a notary's office and dedicated myself to it for 11 years. When she moved to the UK, I had to adapt to a new culture, new habits and new challenges.
In this process, martial arts became her balance point, helping her to grow not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
With each training session, I developed more discipline, confidence and emotional balance, which helped her not only to adapt to the new reality, but also to grow as a person.
Today, she realised that all the difficulties she has faced have brought her this far, and she wants to use her experience to inspire and help other people discover their own strength through discipline and focus.
