WHAT TO EXPECT IN BOX 'N' BURN CLASS
The Box ‘N’ Burn classes are 30 minutes and they consist of 8 three minute rounds combining punching heavy bag and whole-body strength training exercises alternating between boxing and cardio.
Unlike traditional boxing classes, Box ‘N’ Burn puts them through intense workouts at the highest level so they can take their fitness levels to unprecedented heights.
You can expect a high-energy, fun workout that consists of half boxing and half conditioning.
